Travel claims for speakers at CILRAP activities should be e-mailed to [email protected]. The cover letter must state the nature of the claim, the total amount in Euros, the name and address of the beneficiary, the IBAN if in IBAN territory, as well as the account number, SWIFT or BIC of the bank, and the name and address of the bank. Please verify the information before submitting the claim. A copy of the original boarding pass slips, tickets and receipts must be attached.
