Rohit Gupta
Rohit Gupta is a CILRAP Fellow and a young Indian lawyer with a B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata. His academic interests include international criminal law, with a focus on environmental crimes and alternative approaches to international law. He has served as a research assistant to Professor Bimal N. Patel (Member of the International Law Commission, 2023-2028). At CILRAP, he serves as the Assistant Co-ordinator for Lexsitus and as an Editorial Assistant for TOAEP.
