格里高利•S•戈登

格里高利•S•戈登是CILRAP研究员，香港中文大学法律系教授、助理系主任、研究生项目主任。他曾在北达科他大学法律系担任终身教职、人权和种族灭绝研究中心主任。他从加利福尼亚大学伯克利分校获得文学学士（一等荣誉）及法律博士学位。随后他成为美国地区法院马丁•彭斯法官的助理。他曾在卢旺达国际刑事法庭检察官办公室担任法律官员，期间任标志性案件“媒体案”团队的副组长。该案是纽伦堡审判后第一次以煽动种族灭绝罪起诉无线电广播和纸媒领导。戈登教授因其在此案的工作受到时任美国检查总长的嘉许，称其为美国及国际司法做出了贡献。戈登随后在美国司法部工作，任职部门包括发展、帮助、培训海外检察职能办公室，特别调查组的刑事案件办公室。他是煽动种族灭绝罪研究的领军专家，在其著作《禁止煽动暴行法：基础、碎片化、成果》中提出治理仇恨言论的新的国际法框架。该书于2017年由牛津大学出版社出版。2018年，戈登教授获得香港中文大学杰出科研奖。
