萨利姆·A·纳加瓦尼

萨利姆·A·纳加瓦尼(Salim A. Nakhjavani),CILRAP研究员,约翰内斯堡律协执业律师,曾任威特沃特斯兰德大学法律研究和写作兼职教授。纳加瓦尼教授还曾在开普敦大学及伦敦国王学院任教。纳加瓦尼曾任柬埔寨特别法庭联合国检察官(2011-2015),组建国际刑事法院检察官办公室法律团队成员(2002-2003),其间他负责起草了第一部国际检察官行为准则,他帮助开发的一系列法律工具后来发展成国际刑事法院案例矩阵和法律工具数据库。纳加瓦尼曾是剑桥大学沃维尔国际法学者(Whewell Scholar in International Law),并获得法律硕士学位(第一等),他从麦基尔大学获得法学学士学位,从南非大学获得法学学士学位。
